1493 American soldiers killed and 11,069 wounded in Iraq

[Duane's Weblog (from Pittsburgh, Pa)] As of Feb. 25, 1493 U.S. soldiers have died in Iraq since the war began and 11,069 have been wounded. 5757 of the wounded were hurt seriously enough that they could not be returned to duty within 72 hours.
